While designed as 6-week kits, at Wascana Wine & Brew we give these wines the extra attention they deserve and take them to a full 8-weeks and suggest you do the same when making them at home.
Most En Primeur RED wine kits come with "Genuwine Winery Dried Grape Skins". A revolutionary proprietary process of gently drying the crushed whole varietal grape skins to preserve the fresh vineyard flavour, add delightful deep hues, lush body, a subtle bouquet, and lingering finish.
Each 250 gram package of Genuwine Winery Dried Grapeskins is the equivalent to 4.5 Kilograms of whole varietal grapes resulting in an authentic and satisfying wine.
