Wascana Wine & Brew introduces another Province wide “First” in Craft on Premise U-Vint services!
With Premium Barrel Craft Service, your wine kit (5, 6, and 8 week kits only) will be crafted as usual, and finished in one of our new imported Hungarian Oak barrels. Barrel crafting allows the wine to be naturally imbued with all the sophistication and nuances of oak gently and properly. Barrel crafted wines become softer, fuller and age gracefully, allowing you to consume your wine usually within days of bottling, instead of up to months later! Clients electing Barrel Craft Service will bottle their own wine directly from the barrel! Imagine the pride and enjoyment of knowing and sharing the fact that you, yourself, bottled your award winning wine straight from the barrel!
